…A Note from Kelli

Hello and thank you for visiting my web site! My coaching philosophy is very straightforward:

I believe you should receive the personal attention you deserve and there should be regular contact between us for you to get the most out of your coaching. Using efficient training, which for you means placing your training emphasis on quality instead of quantity is paramount. As athletes, you should be training the optimal amount you need to get the next level. No less, but more specifically, no more. If you’re like me you’re in multisport for the long haul – so avoiding physical and mental burnout on the way to meeting your goals is essential. And as the mother of two, I appreciate that life is busy and time is limited.

In addition to her extensive practical experience, Coach Kelli’s credentials include:

Certified USA Level II Triathlon Coach

Certified ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist

Certified ironguides Method Coach

Coach Kelli has helped new triathletes finish their first triathlon, helped others set personal bests, and has also coached athletes to compete and qualify for National & World Championships.
